About
Founded in 2017 when a wild swarm landed in her yard, Paula turned serendipity into purpose. A transplant from Massachusetts, she transformed her garden into a thriving native pollinator refuge. Passionate about sharing her knowledge, Paula mentors new beekeepers, partners with schools and organizations and advocates for pollinator awareness throughout Alameda County.

Pollinator-Focused Products & Services
Sweet Serendipity offers more than just honey. Paula provides:
- Pure beeswax candles
- Propolis tinctures & salves
- Bee bread

Taste the Seasons, Not the Supermarket
Each jar of Sweet Serendipity honey is harvested multiple times per year from individual hives, never blended. This approach preserves unique flavors of the Bay Area landscape—hyper-local and rich in character.
