The Alameda County Fair provides an exclusive setting for hosting private parties or organizing special outings. Whether you’re planning a group adventure to explore the Fair’s offerings, a private event at the Horse Race Track, or seeking savings for your team through the Corporate Savings Program, our annual summer Fair caters to a variety of events. From camps and corporate parties to celebrations and team-building activities, the Fair serves as an ideal location for your event planning needs. Want to plan your event sooner, Golden State Racing is open Friday through Sunday and offers events as well.
Group Events
Our team can help you plan a Group Event during Fair. Have a blast with tons of free entertainment, fabulous Fair food, rides, farm animals, and more or book a party at one of the Stella Artois Grandstand areas and enjoy the Races. The program offers group savings for a team outing, celebration and more.
Locations in the Stella Artois Grandstand (each location is booked for the entire day of Horse Racing):
- Trackside Terrace Dining Patio above the Finish Line
- The Sky Lounge on the top floor with panoramic views
- 4, 6 or 8 seat Boxes on the shaded second floor
To participate:
Racing is every Friday through Sunday between June 13 and July 6.
Corporate Savings Program
Join the Corporate Savings Program to offer discounts to your employees. The program offers savings to your employees and their families. Opt-in to receive discounts on admission tickets, parking and carnival wristbands.
To participate:
- Click the “Opt-In” button below
- Your Opt-In address must be your company email, do not use a personal e-mail address (ex: gmail, hotmail, yahoo)
- If your company qualifies, you will the be sent the discounted prices and a promo code to share with your team to save ONLINE
- All employees must use their company email to make purchases
- Deadline to participate is June 1, 2025
- Allow one week to process new requests starting February 11, 2025

Tickets, shopping and food/beverages are credit card only. Betting is cash only. ATMs are in the Stella Artois Grandstand.
