The 2022 Alameda County Fair will be open from Friday, June 17 to Sunday, July 10 – open Wednesdays through Sundays plus Monday, July 4.
Fair will be open 11am to 11pm daily and from 11am to 8pm on Monday, July 4.
Note: July 4 the parking lots close at 3pm; the entry Gates close at 4pm.

No, there will not be a Will Call booth at the Fair. All tickets will be sold online, including at the Gates. Your digital ticket will scan. Take a screenshot of the QR or add your digital ticket to your Apple Wallet. You may also print your QR code and bring it to the Gate to enter.
Yes, to park on the Fairgrounds, parking must be purchased online, including at the parking Gate. Parking can be purchased by credit card only. Purchase in advance to save time when you arrive.
You are able to purchase parking online ONLY. You may purchase ahead or using your mobile device at the parking Gate. No cash transactions. Save time and pay in advance. VIP parking is not sold in advance, you may only purchase day of if space is available and must use a credit card.
VIP parking is available in the Western Pacific Lot on Pleasanton Avenue at the Yellow Gate every day of Fair, if space permits, and can be purchased by credit card only. Spaces are limited and not guaranteed. You can not purchase it in advance. No large trucks or RVs. The Fair is cashless, all tickets and parking passes must be purchased via your mobile device or at the parking Gate via credit card. VIP parking will not be pre-sold due to space limitations.
Yes, you may park an RV or extra large truck but will need to purchase two parking passes. Any vehicle that requires two parking spaces will need to pay for both spaces. RV and extra large trucks are only able to park in General Parking lots (not permitted in VIP).
Yes, motorcycles can park in the lots, all parking spaces are the same price for vehicles and motorcycles.

Yes, but using your mobile device. All tickets are sold online. Purchase ahead online or purchase via a mobile device at the Gates. There will be no ticket booths but there will be self service kiosks available as well as an option to scan a QR code and check out on your mobile device.
Yes, active military members, with their military I.D., and veterans, with proof of service, can get FREE general admission – all day, every day of Fair.
Yes, children ages 5 and under get free admission.

No you are not required to wear a mask. If you are unvaccinated, you are encouraged to wear one indoors.
