Purchase your admission and parking tickets online at home or anywhere on your mobile device. There are also ticket kiosks at the gates to purchase tickets, prices are the same as online. If you have cash, there are cash-to-card kiosks to trade cash for a card – pay no fees.

- 2005 Valley Avenue, Gate 8, Pleasanton, CA 94566 or Red Gate (Gate 12)
- Preferred parking available at Red Gate (Gate 12) off Valley Avenue (or Ace Parking Lot off Pleasanton Avenue)
- Credit/debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay and mobile Tap-to-pay options accepted
- If you have cash, you can use the cash-to-card kiosk for free
- A kiosk is at Gate 8 off Valley Avenue. These cards can be used just like a credit card for parking, admission tickets, food, etc…in or outside the Fair where credit cards are accepted
- If you need accessible parking, ask the parking attendant upon entering and they will help find a solution. Parking rates apply
- No in-and-out privileges
Admission Gates
- Pre-purchase with a credit or debit card – scan a QR code or visit an Admission Gate Kiosk to pay online

- Have cash? Trade cash-for-a-card at the admission gate with no service fee and use it just like a credit card for parking, admission tickets, food, etc…in or outside the Fair where credit cards are accepted

Getting Here
Wheels Livermore Riders
Livermore residents can leave their cars at home and ride the bus to Fair. Board any Route 10 bus along East Avenue and Railroad Avenue or board at the Wheels Transit Center located at the bus turnaround at 4501 Pleasanton Avenue.
The Tri-Valley Program is another option to get to the Fair. LAVTA Uber & Lyft ride-shares that start and end in Dublin, Pleasanton and Livermore.
Bike
Parking and bike racks at all gates.
Uber/Lyft
Drop off and Pick up are at the bus turnaround by Pleasanton Avenue Gate and Gate 8.
BART & Wheels
Take BART to the East Dublin/Pleasanton Station then catch the WHEELS Route 10 Fair Shuttle bus.
ACE Train
The Pleasanton ACE train station is directly across the street from Pleasanton Avenue Gate (note, ACE does not run on Saturday or Sunday).
Carnival
Carnival Kiosks (Midway & Kids’ Park) accept cash and credit cards
● Purchase wristbands for unlimited rides and Sky Ride access, or buy individual tickets
● Wristbands cannot be used for games
● Carnival is open 1pm-Closing
Health & Safety
- No pets allowed for the safety of guests and the pet; admission will be denied. Only service animals trained to perform tasks related to a person’s disability are permitted on the Fairgrounds. There are no refunds, plan ahead.
- Smoking allowed only in designated areas.
- All guests and strollers pass through magnetometer scanners. Bag checks if needed.
- No pets in strollers.
- Concert rules: No beach balls, balloons or props.
Daily Schedule
The Fair will be open 12pm-11pm Wednesday-Sunday. Admission Gates Close at 9:15pm. On July 4 the Fair is open but Gates close early – Full Schedule

Horse Racing
There will be no live racing in 2026. The Off Track Betting Facility (OTB) will be open throughout the Fair.
