Photo Policy
Guest Photography
We welcome guests to capture memories during their visit to the Fairgrounds. However, to ensure a respectful and safe environment for everyone, please follow these important guidelines:
Respect Others’ Privacy: Taking photos of individuals without their permission is not allowed.
Consent Required for Photographers: Professional or amateur photographers not hired by the Alameda County Fair must obtain a signed consent waiver from each person they photograph.
No Photos of Minors Without Consent: Photographing anyone under the age of 18 without the explicit consent of a parent or guardian is illegal and strictly prohibited.
Camera Restrictions: Large professional cameras are not permitted on the Fairgrounds.
Concert Photography Rules:
Photos must be taken from your assigned seat.
Flash photography is not allowed.
To take photos at a concert in the Amphitheater, you must have either a purchased or a claimed free bleacher seat ticket.

Official Photography
By entering the Alameda County Fairgrounds, all guests grant permission to the Alameda County Fair to photograph, film, record, or otherwise capture their image and/or voice. These recordings may be used for promotional, marketing, or other purposes without compensation or notification.

Drone Policy
In order to ensure the safety, security, privacy and property interests of the Alameda County Fairgrounds, the use of drones is strictly prohibited within the Fairgrounds property and/or air space without prior written consent. Violators may be subject to removal and/or arrest.
